("Suiiz", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you access or use our website, mobile applications, marketplace services, promotional services, reward programs, payment services, and any other products or services provided by Suiiz (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with the practices described here, you must stop using the Services. 1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you create an account, use our Services, purchase products, participate in promotions, communicate with us, submit content, or request support. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Suiiz is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Information you provide directly: This includes your full name, username, email address, phone number, password and authentication information, profile information, date of birth or age verification information where required, address and delivery information, communications and support requests, and any other information you choose to provide through the Services.
• Transaction and purchase information: When you make purchases or use paid features, we collect payment-related information, transaction history, purchase records, and records of your reward points, coins, gifts, and promotional activity.
• Content you submit: Reviews, comments, advertisements, product listings, images, videos, and other user-generated content you share through the Services.
• Information collected automatically: When you access the Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device identifiers, device model, operating system and version, browser type and settings, language preferences, internet service provider or mobile carrier, application version, login history, access dates and times, pages viewed and interactions with features, error reports, and diagnostic information. This information helps us maintain security, improve performance, analyze usage, and prevent abuse.
• Location information: With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information to provide location-based features, improve service availability, prevent fraud, and enhance your experience. You can control location permissions through your device settings, though disabling location access may limit certain features.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on applicable law, Suiiz processes personal information based on your consent, the performance of our contractual obligations to you, compliance with legal obligations, the protection of vital interests, and our legitimate business interests, including security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and platform management. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully before withdrawal, but it may affect the availability of certain features or services.

4. User-Generated Content and Marketplace Data

When you use the Services, you may provide information including advertisements, product listings, descriptions, images, videos, reviews, messages, and business information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you acknowledge that it may be displayed publicly to other users, and processed, stored, analyzed, and used to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and promote the Suiiz platform in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information or content you upload does not violate any law, third-party rights, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.

5. Payments, Transactions, Coins, and Promotional Services

If you purchase services, promotional features, advertisements, subscriptions, Coins, rewards, or other paid features, Suiiz may collect and process transaction-related information, including payment details, purchase history, account information, and transaction records. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers; Suiiz does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or processing activities of such providers. Transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

Suiiz may also offer third-party promotional offers, rewards, or advertising features. When you interact with such services, certain limited information — such as user identifiers or technical information — may be shared with the relevant provider to verify participation, prevent fraud, track completion of offers, and deliver rewards or credits. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and Suiiz is not responsible for their independent processing activities.

6. Fraud Prevention and Security Monitoring

Suiiz may collect and analyze information relating to account activity, devices, location, transaction patterns, communications, and usage behavior in order to detect and prevent fraud, identify suspicious activity, protect users and the platform, enforce our Terms and Policies, and investigate violations or illegal activities. Suiiz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of applicable laws.

7. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Suiiz does not sell personal information, and has not sold personal information of users, visitors, or consumers to third parties for monetary consideration during the previous twelve (12) months. We share personal information only when necessary for legitimate business purposes, in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We may share information with trusted third-party providers that assist us with hosting and cloud services, payment processing, analytics, security monitoring and fraud prevention, customer support, communication services, and advertising and marketing operations. These providers are permitted to process personal information only under written agreements with Suiiz and only for the purposes necessary to provide their services. We do not authorize them to use personal information for their own independent purposes unless permitted by law or disclosed to users.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of the business assets, subject to applicable laws.
• Legal and security reasons: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal procedures, respond to government or legal requests, prevent fraud or security threats, protect the rights, property, and safety of Suiiz, our users, or third parties, and investigate violations of our Terms and Policies.

8. Social Media Login and Integration

If you choose to register, log in, or interact with Suiiz through a third-party social media platform such as Facebook, we may receive information that you have authorized that platform to share with us. Depending on your privacy settings and the permissions you grant, this may include your name, email address, profile picture, public profile information, gender or other profile details, and social media identifiers. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including account creation, authentication, security, and improving your experience.

You can control what is shared with Suiiz by adjusting your privacy settings with the relevant social media provider. Suiiz does not control and is not responsible for how third-party platforms collect, use, or disclose your information, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies before connecting your accounts.

9. Data Retention

Suiiz retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. After account deletion, certain information may remain stored where necessary for legal, security, accounting, or operational purposes, including tax and accounting obligations, enforcement of agreements, and protection of Suiiz's legal rights.

10. Account Security and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account. Suiiz shall not be responsible for losses resulting from the sharing of account credentials with others, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, incorrect information provided by users, or violations of security requirements. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify Suiiz immediately.

11. Do-Not-Track Features

Some web browsers, mobile operating systems, and applications include a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that allows you to signal your preference regarding online tracking. Because there is currently no universally accepted industry standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, Suiiz does not currently respond to them unless required by applicable law. If future laws require recognition of DNT signals, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly. In the meantime, you can control certain tracking technologies through your browser settings, device settings, and cookie preferences.

12. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"). These include the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions); the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

During the previous twelve (12) months, Suiiz may have collected identifiers (such as name, username, email address, phone number, postal address, account ID, IP address, and online identifiers), customer records and payment-related information, commercial information such as purchase history and rewards, protected characteristics such as age or gender where voluntarily provided, internet and application activity, geolocation data where permission is granted, audio or visual content submitted by users, professional information where voluntarily submitted, and inferences such as preferences, interests, and fraud risk assessments. Suiiz does not collect biometric information or education records. We may collect additional information when you contact customer support, participate in surveys, promotions, contests, or reward programs, submit content, or otherwise communicate with us.

Under California's "Shine The Light" law, California residents may also request information regarding the categories of personal information, if any, disclosed by Suiiz to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. In addition, California residents under the age of 18 with a registered account may request removal of publicly posted content they personally submitted, by contacting us with the email address associated with the account, a description of the content, and confirmation of California residency. Please note that removal from public display does not guarantee complete deletion from all systems where retention is required by law.

You may use an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. Suiiz may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity, and may refuse requests that cannot be reasonably verified or that are fraudulent, excessive, or prohibited by law. 13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information, along with details of the categories collected, the sources, the purposes of processing, and the categories of third parties with whom it may be shared.
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information. After verifying your identity, we will update applicable information where required by law.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information. Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data unless retention is permitted or required by law — for example, to complete transactions, provide requested services, prevent fraud and security incidents, maintain legally required business records, or exercise and defend legal claims. Certain information may also remain in secure backup systems where immediate deletion is technically impossible or legally restricted.
• Restriction and objection: Where applicable law provides, you may request restriction of, or object to, certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent: Where we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing performed before withdrawal.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: Where applicable laws provide this right, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Suiiz does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and will process valid opt-out requests within the legally required timeframe.
• Non-discrimination: You will not be denied services, charged different prices, or provided lower-quality services because you exercised your privacy rights, except where permitted by applicable law.

To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request — for example, by confirming account details or ownership of an email address or phone number, or by matching the information in your request against our records. Information provided solely for verification will be used only for identity verification, security protection, and fraud prevention, and will be securely deleted when no longer required unless retention is legally necessary.

14. Changes to This Privacy Notice

Suiiz may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations. The updated version will display a revised effective date. If we make significant changes, we may notify you through website announcements, application notifications, email, or other reasonable methods. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Notice, which remains effective until replaced by a newer version published by Suiiz.
